Afghan Development Foundation – ADF is an Afghan non-governmental non-political organization founded in 1993 and is running entirely by Afghans. The said organization is registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan. ADF run by a group of considerate people in intend to rebuild, bring livelihood resilience, facilitate education for children and ensure food security to the communities and the population who have been hugely affected by conflicts. As war damages and the high number of domestic destructions have close and direct effects in livelihood of people, children education and creating development gap; ADF concentrated its activities in various key sectors for human care and taking an active part in developmental sector of Afghanistan.

Afghan Development Foundation – ADF has experience of project implementation in all regions of Afghanistan on and off site. ADF has been engaged with many projects in rural and remote areas of Afghanistan as well. The NGO has experience of managing the challenging local and national situation of Afghanistan that might arise during the project. ADF’s personnel with more than 2 decades of experience in Afghanistan has become very professional to face and solve any kind of local and national barriers during project implementation to offer the best outcome possible. Afghan Development Foundation mission is to End poverty and develop Afghan society ADF provides range of services to meet food security, food emergencies and working directly with communities for promoting economic and social development to build resilience and sustainability. ADF has been operating based on this mission and believe since 1993. For our efforts to combat hunger, reaching rural and remote areas of Afghanistan, providing humanitarian assistance in conflict-affected areas and for acting as a driving force in efforts to prevent the use of hunger as a weapon of war and conflict, ADF received an appreciation letter as one of the best partners of Partnership Afghanistan Canada.

Afghan Development Foundation has got more than 2 decades of applied experiences in Afghanistan—with special focus on all region of the country. ADF has implemented projects for a number of very well-known agencies in Afghanistan. Currently ADF is equipped with 24 professional personnel with our headquarters in the Taimani, Kabul, Afghanistan, we are physically present in most of major cities and have the capacity of delivering services in all regions across Afghanistan.
